Another week is about to begin.
Maybe you’re excited.

Maybe you’re somewhere in between.
Before tomorrow fills your calendar again, I want to ask you something.
What actually happened this week?
Not what got checked off your to-do list.
Not what you wish had happened.
What actually happened?
Did you make it through something difficult?
Did you laugh more than last week?
Did you finally rest?
Did you ask for help?
Did you set one small boundary?
Sometimes we move into the next week so quickly that we never acknowledge the one we just survived.
Maybe that’s why so many weeks start feeling the same.
Before tomorrow begins, give yourself a minute.
Look back.
Give yourself credit.
Notice the small wins.
Notice what felt lighter.
Notice what still feels heavy.
Then carry only what actually belongs in the new week.
You don’t have to bring every worry with you.
